We know that social distancing can be hard. We are working to come up different ways to connect online during this time. We will be adding other opportunities during the next few weeks, so check back to find out about all of our different online connection options!
We will be offering weekly online Yoga and Mindfulness classes via Zoom on Wednesday nights at 8:30 pm. Each session will be led by one of the certified yoga instructors that are part of our community and will last for around 30 minutes. Our time will start with some connection time and reflection, followed by a mindfulness meditation and some small movements connected with breath. We have a group chat setup in the GroupMe app (available for both IOS an Android users) to connect with each other throughout the week. We also make plans in the group to meet up for Zoom hangouts, so this would be the place to find out about impromptu hangouts.
